Covenant Community Church was started in 1987. Sponsored by the Reformed Church in America, it was organized by a few families and originally held services in an elementary school.

The Rev. Carl Folkert was called as the first pastor.

In 1991, Covenant dedicated its church building located at 4276 Baldwin Street in Hudsonville, MI. Two years later, an educational wing with ten classrooms was added. The Congregation had grown to more than 100 families.

In 1999, Covenant purchased four acres of land adjoining its property for future expansion, and in 2000 dedicated a youth building on that land.

Covenant Community Church is a Bible-based Church in Hudsonville, Michigan which enthusiastically shares God's love and promises with our community.
